Cancel without penalty 15 days prior to arrival. 8-14 days of arrival-1 night penalty. 0-7 days of arrival-No refund. Full stay deposit required to guarantee the reservation.
Refund shall be processed in 48 working hours and shall be refunded back in the same mode in which the deposit was received.
